First the areas I focus on are locations where I currently live or lived in the past, so I have firsthand knowledge of the communities and what each area has to offer. Second, I genuinely care about all of my clients and I treat their money like it was my own. Finally, I make sure to educate my clients as much as possible so that they can make the most informed decision.
Being an analytical person, I help buyers and sellers remove some of the emotional aspects involved in making real estate decisions, so that my clients can make more intelligent vs. emotional decisions. When my clients remove some of the emotions of how they feel about a home, they can make wiser choices about how much they are willing to pay for a home.
With the real estate market continuously evolving, it is important to have an agent who is consistently updated with the surrounding economic environment and changes that occur. I keep myself updated with economic news on a local, national, and global level so that I can educate my clients with what is going on around the world. This can affect pricing and turnover rates in the real estate market.
I am always available to my client’s day or night, weekdays or weekends. I think it is very important to be responsive when my clients have questions or concerns. This makes my clients feel more comfortable and confident about the process.
My philosophy is focused on customer service. There are many real estate agents out there, but I separate myself from the rest by providing outstanding service to my clients from the beginning until the end. Also, after the sale of the home is completed, I still make myself available if any of my clients need any real estate related help.
I am a hard worker who doesn’t’ stop until he gets results. I love to negotiate on behalf of my clients and get them the best deal. If my clients don’t win, I don’t win.
